Prior to embarking on your design plan, we will schedule a one hour session, to deep dive into your likes and dislikes, what inspires you and hone in on how you’d like to live within your space. Click HERE for Design Questionnaire - we promise, it’s fun!

exploration & Design

During this phase we will focus on developing the overall “Design Concept” for the Project, expressing our creative vision for your home through imagery mood boards and 3D outlining proposed color palette, textures/patterns, materials and overall design direction. 

This is the most crucial time in terms of formulating the overall design plan.

sourcing & Procurement

We source pieces from all over the Globe - working with trade exclusive vendors, vintage dealers, as well as custom furniture makers, ensuring your space is truly one of a kind. We pride ourselves in offering our designer trade discount which is anywhere from 40-60% off MSRP. We want our clients to feel as though they are not only left with a gorgeous space, but at a steal as well!

PHASE 3 - Project management

 

DESIGN DASHBOARD

Your Exclusive Room Design will live a click away in your very own Design Portal. Within the portal you will have access to all of the products presented, along with access to invoicing along the way.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Approve, decline, comment here!

Once items are approved in your room board we will send over an invoice for all items ready for purchase.

EASY PAYMENTS

You can submit payment directly via IVY by credit card (3.1% transaction fee) or bank transfer (1.2% transaction fee).

We can also provide wire instructions if you’d prefer to wire directly through your bank.

PHASE 4 - STORAGE & INSTALLATION

ReCEIVING & STORAGE

Our policy is to install in one or two phases, and therefor require that all items purchased, are accepted and stored by our licensed, bonded, insured and climate-controlled warehouse awaiting installation. We will NOT deliver items to a client’s home directly from vendor or in multiple trips. The cost of receiving and storage is prorated based on the number of pieces stored. It is our goal to have pieces stored no longer than three months.

INSTALLATION

Our team will install all furniture and accessories over the course of 1-2 days. This installation will include everything from furniture assembly and placement, to art and decor hanging, window treatments, etc.
